In May 2019, the Managing Partner of SANDIN ABOGADOS Real Estate wrote an article published in Spanish real estate media in which she examined the places had attracted the largest real estate investments in Spain since the municipal elections held in May 28, 2019 coinciding with the approval of ambitious urban planning projects by local governments formed by a coalition of political parties.
After almost 4 years, the author examines the situation in which those projects are and how they have been handled by the coalition governments.
