On January 10, 2021, the Spanish start up RENTAAL sold a tokenized apartment located in Seville (Spain) in less than a day to thirty three investors. The transaction was made through Etherum cryptocurrency for the equivalent of more than fifty four thousand seven hundred euros. The company expects to accumulate more than one thousand transactions until 2025.
Previously, BLACK MANTA CAPITAL PARTNERS launched a secure token offering worth more than twelve million dollars for a real estate development in Berlin to be executed in collaboration with the German company TIGRIS INMOBILIEN, of more than two thousand aquere meters of individual apartments to sell, which will end in 2022.
